Our Story
Built by engineers, for engineers
delta T Technical Academy was founded in Bengaluru with a single mission: to bridge the gap between engineering education and industry requirements in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and BIM sectors. When we started, most engineering graduates entering the MEP field had no hands-on design software skills, only theoretical knowledge.
Over the years, we built a curriculum designed by working engineers, for aspiring engineers. Our instructors are not just trainers; they are MEP design professionals who work on real projects and bring that practical knowledge into the classroom. Every course we offer is updated based on what employers are actually looking for in the job market.
Today, delta T alumni are working at L&T Construction, Voltas, Sterling & Wilson, Arcadis, WSP, real estate developers, MEP consultancies, and EPC contractors across India and the Middle East.
A Note From Our Founder
Why I started delta T
I spent 25+ years working on MEP projects across the Gulf, and I kept running into the same problem. Brilliant engineers who knew the theory but had never actually touched the tools the job needed.
That's why I started delta T Technical Academy in 2017. The training is built around what employers actually need, taught by people who've done the work themselves. We've since trained over 2,000 engineers and helped place them across India and the GCC, and we're proud to work with training partners like Siemens.

15+ years in MEP and BIM-Revit, including projects in Saudi Arabia. Lead Engineer and Professional Trainer at delta T since 2019, teaching HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, BIM/Revit, and energy modeling.

8+ years in project engineering and mechanical design across oil & gas, construction, and energy. Well-versed in API, ASTM, ASME, and ASHRAE standards, with experience preparing technical submittals and detailed engineering packages.

BIM MEP & Electrical Design
Electrical & Electronics engineer specialising in BIM MEP modeling: power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm layouts in Revit, with lux design in DIALux and CGLux. Previously taught power electronics at engineering degree level.
